Extreme Programming (XP) offers fast development but limits documentation, placing heavy reliance on the customer. This paper introduces X-Use case, a lightweight documentation method and X-Actor role to enhance maintainability and reliability. By mandating X-Use case references in code, traceability improves. Experiments show XP can accelerate development while strengthening product reliability and maintainability.
