I'm Sardar Mohammad—a technology leader, systems strategist, and educator with over 30 years of experience in software project management, system analysis, and design. Throughout my career, I’ve been driven by one core belief: that smart systems, when thoughtfully built, empower institutions and communities.
My journey spans pivotal roles within the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KPK). Currently, I serve as Director of MIS in the Zakat, Ushr, Social Welfare, Special Education & Women Empowerment Department, where I lead integrated digital transformations across districts, tehsils, and Zakat councils. I supervise information systems, facilitate HR analytics, and design scalable platforms for institutional efficiency.
Previously, I held key positions including:
- Director (IT) – Local Government, Elections & Rural Development Dept. (2023–2025)
- Director (EMIS) – Elementary & Secondary Education Dept. (2020–2023)
- Director (FMIU) – Finance Dept. (2018–2020)
- Deputy Director (IT) – C&W Dept. (2009–2018), where I managed GIS-based infrastructure systems
Alongside government work, I’ve served in academia as a Visiting Assistant Professor and Head of the Computer Science Department at City University, Peshawar—teaching Database Systems, Software Project Management, Requirement Engineering, and more.
My qualifications include an MS in Software Engineering and a PGD in Geomatics/Remote Sensing, fueling my interest in data visualization and large-scale systems analysis. I’ve also collaborated with international donors including UNICEF, JICA, and GIZ.
